RETURNS


You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS


To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@bodhilife.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, package the item securely and sent it back to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


REFUNDS


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three days for us to process your return after it arrives. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
